In-Motion could transfer all the technical experience obtained over the many years of participation in the world’s most important motorbikes competitions in the development of the ITX project.

The ITX wheels are the first spoke wheels designed according to the advanced logics of the products destined to the MotoGP competitions. The comparison is not mentioned by chance as these wheels are manufactured in forged light alloy, following exactly the same proceeding which has permitted to considerably improve the performances of the wheels used in the road competitions during the recent seasons.

ITX is the first spoke wheel being explicitly created for the use of tubeless tires. The particular shape of the channel, free form the classical holes for the nipples assembling, guarantees a perfect tightness from the beginning and the tire assembling proceeding is the same of a normal road alloy wheel.

Spokes are perfectly rectilinear; all wheel components (rim, hub, spokes and nipples) are properly optimized and sized in order not to be interchangeable with other products. This fact has permitted to make the most of the advantages of the forging technology of the light alloy; the result shows an incredible advantage in weight, inertia and rigidity.

32 spokes are used on the rear wheel while 28 are present on the front wheel. A normal spoke wheel is equipped with 36 spokes. This reduction has been possible thanks to the particular assembling system permitting an axial orientation of the nipples. The hub-rim system is therefore self-centring and the replacement of a damaged spoke is possible with no need to disassemble the tire.

The ITX wheels are ready to go products. They are sold equipped with high quality brake discs and drive sprocket both created for a perfect combination with this product; they save customers from useless and complicated disassembling and re-assembling operations of the original material.

The ITX wheels will be available in the Supermotard (SM) version with the following sizes:

Front
- 3.50x16.5”;
- 3.75x16.5”;
- 3.50x17.0”.

Rear
- 5.00x17.0”;
- 5.25x17.0”;
- 5.50x17.0”.

In a short time the Cross (MX) and Enduro (EX) versions will be presented. Available sizes:
Front
1.60x21.0”;

Rear
- 1.85x19.0”;
- 2.15x19.0”;
- 2.15x18.0”.

In the near future, the versions dedicated to the Maxi Enduro and Naked bikes will complete the ITX range of products.
